This has been a nightmare! I’m still waiting on my package. I won’t be shopping with Beauty Goddess ever again. It’s been almost three weeks now, and I’m fed up.

Easy to order and prompt delivery

I still haven't gotten my order!! It's been 18 days since I placed it and forked out £50 for shipping (2 lipsticks, 1 powder)! I asked for a refund or to cancel the order since it’s clearly too late for tomorrow, Christmas😓. They turned me down, and the lady was downright rude! She says the UK is on strike everywhere... but then how did my order from Selfridges & Sam Bunting show up!? SO RUDE!!!

I never got my order that was sent out on December 1st, but it’s really not Beauty Goddess's fault. The issue is with Royal Mail, as they haven’t scanned the package since it was picked up. I had fantastic support from their customer service, especially from Stella, who quickly processed my refund. It’s a bummer that the mail strikes are messing things up for businesses during their busiest season. I’ll definitely shop with them again once the postal situation gets back to normal. Just a thought, maybe they could offer customers a different delivery option to pick from. I’m giving them 4 stars because of the outstanding service I received.

The item I got was of low quality and came apart as soon as I opened it. I haven't heard back from them regarding the refund process.

I got my refund back pretty fast. Seems like the item wasn’t really available, yet I was still able to make a purchase.

I made an order and still haven't gotten it. Thankfully, I got the order protection, but that didn’t help at all. The tracking says it’s been delivered, but that’s just not true. I reached out to customer service, and let me tell you, they were absolutely no help and didn’t fix a thing!

The package showed up on time, like always, but I got the wrong item inside. Fingers crossed this was just a mistake and not a swap for what I actually wanted. I'm still waiting for a response to the email I shot off yesterday morning.

It didn’t show up when it was supposed to, even though I forked out for express shipping. They also sent me a substitute since they were out of the stuff I ordered. Honestly, it really messed up my friend's 50th celebration.
